The Vaclav Havel Initiative for Human Rights and Diplomacy is hosted a panel discussion that looked at the question of international solidarity for Cubans working to set their country on the path to democracy. Panelists included Petr Jancarek, Omar Rodriguez Saludes, Rosa Maria Paya, Orlando Luiz Pardo Lazo, Alexis Jardines Chacon and Armando Armas and was moderated by Martin Palous.
