The Role of International Law in Realizing Human Rights in Sub-Saharan Africa

On November 18, 2013, the School of International and Public Affairs held a lecture with Dr. Frans Viljoen is the Director of Centre for Human Rights at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He also serves as the academic co-coordinator for the LLM (Master in Law) on Human Rights and Democratization in Africa, and previously taught International Law at the university. This lecture was part of the Ruth K. and Shepard Broad Distinguished Lecture Series.
